It was a really good stay, homey place. Absolutely superb breakfast, quiet location and stunning views. We had romantic and normal double room with smoke detectors. The bed was comfy. Restaurant in hotel was particularly good and the pool area was very clean. Enjoyed that the property is next to the beach.

Everything was lovely, wonderfully helpful staff made our stay special. The attentive service was provided in this secure hotel. Cool drinks, reliable wifi were a nice surprise. Central location, at a near distance from bournemouth beaches. The gourmet restaurant and large bar, we enjoyed them.
Although the room definetly could have been cleaned, we would stay here again.

We both loved it, the place is exceptionally good and suited us fine. Generally everything was awesome, nevertheless the bathroom was unclean. Staff was willing to help and overall they are GENTLE people. Had good drinks in the lobby bar.

We had a fine experience staying here. Characterful hotel where a nice hot breakfast was served. Good facilities, with normal double and very fancy rooms. The pool was excellent. Roof top bar was huge!

Very attentative staff and I loved private parking. The restaurant was modern, offered good food. Got average, average room with view of the pier. The pool was clean and I had non-alcoholic drinks in the poolside bar.
